Each cake is individually made, my cakes are made with the freshest ingredients, I have attended many wedding fairs and have taken samples of cakes, for which customers have commented that they can taste a real cake made with real ingredients, which is extremely important to me. A cake can look exquisite but the taste is equally important, I have received many testimonials being hand written cards and e-mails not only on the beauty of cake but also the taste. Many thanks for your custom at the wedding fairs, and already for this year I am fully booked on a number of weekends, in time I will put a calendar on my website to show you the free dates, I am only taking 2 – 3 wedding bookings per week this year and only one if the cake is extremely complex, as it is only myself that makes, ices, decorates and delivers the cakes.
