I just wanted to say a massive thank you for our beautiful wedding cake. I have attached a few pictures for you!!

Everyone commented on how good it tasted, particularly the chocolate fudge - that was to die for.

We were so pleased that you were able to create the 60th birthday cake and just like the wedding cake you made for us it was beautiful and tasted fantastic, my mother-in-law didn't believe the flowers made from sugar she thought they were silk!!

Thank you so much for the most beautiful cake I have ever seen and tasted. The care and detail you gave were out of this world, I was reluctant to let them cut it and eat it! The three different types of cake were each equally delicious (of course I had to have at least one piece of each!). Myself and the rest of the wedding party were genuinely overwhelmed by the beauty of it and the taste to match.

I have promised Pete a special cake from you for his 30^th in a couple of years time so I hope you will be able to make that for us. I would certainly recommend your services to everyone.

We had a wonderful day and I’m sure you’ll be happy to know you helped make the day so perfect.

Many thanks for the cake.

I didn't get to eat any until last night.
My wife, had heart surgery about 4 weeks ago and she
is still recovering. I was able to rent a wheelchair, so she got
to the service and the reception - and enjoyed it! - but we
had to leave before they cut the cake.
And my wife couldn't do any dancing... She missed that!;-)

Still, we got some last night and it was delicious!;-)
Amanda said everyone enjoyed it and it helped to make the
day!;-)
(BTW - I liked the softer icing you used, instead of that
concrete stuff!;-)
I've got some to send to some people who couldn't make it,
so that's my job for later today.

Sorry its been so long for me getting in touch since the wedding on August 18^th but I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the cake – it was absolutely wonderful – the flowers were amazing and the cake itself both looked and tasted beautiful. A number of guests commented that it was the nicest wedding cake they had ever eaten!

My Daughter ordered a birthday cake from you for my birthday back at the end of May. I just wanted to say Thank you, It was Beautiful, and I have kept the sugar flowers as a keepsake. It was also really tasty and a real treat for me as it was Wheat free, it is not often I can eat cake these days.

The reaction of everyone who saw it was to be amazed that the sweet peas were hand made - everyone said they looked real! Many people commented on the bow too but it was the flowers that everyone loved.

Thanks for such an amazing wedding cake and christening cake you made for us. We had so many compliments from many of our guests. They couldn't believe the flowers could be eaten as they looked so real!! The room was warm but it didn't affect the cake. It looked great.
