Andrea,

Many thanks for the cake.

I didn't get to eat any until last night.
My wife, had heart surgery about 4 weeks ago and she
is still recovering. I was able to rent a wheelchair, so she got
to the service and the reception - and enjoyed it! - but we
had to leave before they cut the cake.
And my wife couldn't do any dancing... She missed that!;-)

Still, we got some last night and it was delicious!;-)
Amanda said everyone enjoyed it and it helped to make the
day!;-)
(BTW - I liked the softer icing you used, instead of that
concrete stuff!;-)
I've got some to send to some people who couldn't make it,
so that's my job for later today.

Sorry its been so long for me getting in touch since the wedding on August 18th but I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the cake – it was absolutely wonderful – the flowers were amazing and the cake itself both looked and tasted beautiful. A number of guests commented that it was the nicest wedding cake they had ever eaten!

we missed most of the rain.

 Not only did you do a simple yet elegant cake to our specifications, but you improved on it.  As for the taste - it has gone down a storm. So many people commented on how lovely it looked - thank you so much.
The cup cakes were also delicious.  People really enjoyed them.
The wedding day was superb and you really did contribute to that.

I would like to thank you for making my daughter Marie's 30th birthday cake, it was really beautiful, her two little boys loved the idea of the muffins you had made too. Marie didn't cut the cake for 4 days after her birthday as she didn't want to spoil it. We all enjoyed eating it too, it was very tasty. I won't hesitate in recommending you to anyone in the future.

My Daughter ordered a birthday cake from you for my birthday back at the end of May. I just wanted to say Thank you, It was Beautiful, and I have kept the sugar flowers as a keepsake. It was also really tasty and a real treat for me as it was Wheat free, it is not often I can eat cake these days.

Thank you so much for your wonderful talent the cake was absolutely fantastic, not only to look at but absolutely wonderful to eat.
 
You know what they say "the proof is in the pudding", well all of the chocolate cake got eaten at the reception and the majority of the fruit cake, we managed to cling onto the vanilla, which too has now all gone. Our guests were bowled over at the beauty of the cake.
 
I would like to thank you for all of your help advice and guidance, you made it so relaxing and all seem so easy you filled us with confidence that such an important feature of the wedding was all taken care of and it was.

very many thanks for decorating my daughter's wedding cake - she was delighted with it.

The reaction of everyone who saw it was to be amazed that the sweet peas were hand made - everyone said they looked real! Many people commented on the bow too but it was the flowers that everyone loved.



Your leaflets have been distributed at a number of locations and I'm recommending you to anyone who may want a cake.

I just wanted to say the most enormous thank you for our beautiful wedding
cake - which absolutely everyone commented on.

I was in such a fluster as I had been let down by my previous supplier and
you absolutely came to the rescue with regard to cost and aesthetic look of
the cake and you delivered it and set it up for me beautifully.

Thanks for such an amazing wedding cake and christening cake you made for us.  We had so many compliments from many of our guests.  They couldn't believe the flowers could be eaten as they looked so real!!  The room was warm but it didn't affect the cake.  It looked great.
